hey bud, i had my account banned and no longer need service, however i noticed a payment made for another month of service, for which without account i dont need. i am requesting a refund for this second month . as you will proly notice since the finish of the 1st 30 days (didnt make it the whole 30 before banning) i have made no use of the bot nor have i even recieved new info to make use. just so you are informed, i have gone thru all the steps to recover my account played the hack card etc. but to no avail. also my account was banned after i had been logged off for 8 hours and joined my guild in an icc raid. im not sure what got me banned, being that i only bot when at home with voice alarm on sp i am notified as to anything threatening to my account while im doing rl stuff around the house. anyways i wont be making another wow acct not reinvesting in the costs and time to start all over again, so if u could look into a refund for me i would sure appreciate it
