    due to massive freeze-problems in SC when running it on Windows 7 i cannot play SC anymore ;< sux hard...
    its an already known bug but there's still no fix or workaround

    download Chaoslauncher and run starcraft using that. Select Chaos Mode and select full-screen. If that dont work, run it under windowed mode.

    Also try to rightclick on ur starcraft shortcut and go to properties > capability > windows xp/98. Now try running it.
